1. Consultation: Consultation online is free of charge and I offer a 20min in person consultation free of charge.

2. Design Fee: A design fee of $120 is required to initiate any design work. This ensures we can dedicate the necessary resources to your project.

3. Ownership of Designs: Please note that all designs created by Tawck GBAK will remain our property until full payment is received.

4. Pricing Structure: Our design pricing is tailored to each project, reflecting the time and effort involved. For designs that require more than 5 hours of work, we will invoice in increments of 5 hours, ensuring complete transparency.

5. File Formats: Once completed, your digital designs will be delivered in JPEG, PNG, PSD, or PDF formats, based on your preference.
